Greenview Living

Greenview Living grew from the realisation that with our own construction company and experience in property developments, we could add real value to the marketplace in social housing. Having provided quality homes for many years in the private ownership and rental markets, through Greenview Construction and Greenview Homes, we felt confident that we could create a streamlined, full package, Win-Win business model. By focusing our combined skills and decades of experience in home-building, commercial construction, land acquisition and property development, we aim to help the people most in need of homes in the UK.

Our strength is not only in our own businesses but in those with whom we partner:
  • Aside form working closely with local Housing Associations, councils and charities, we meet regularly with Social Housing delivery partners from across the UK and Housing Association colleagues in order to best understand the unique needs of this sector of the housing market.
  • We work closely with other property developers, meeting frequently with architects and planners to assess site potential. We are committed to following industry best practice and are able to link with other developers and investors across the UK in order to deliver Social Housing projects.
  • We have built excellent relationships with commercial and residential estate agents, letting agents and auction houses so that we are often presented with potential sites before they come to market. Our investment in the latest technologies also allows us to task our in-house team with site pipelining as well as outsourcing some of this to professional land sourcers to find the best off market sites.
  • Our planning link is with one of the foremost Town Planners in the UK, Jonathan McDermott at TPX - Town Planning Expert. By analysing potential sites successfully and with skilled architects on hand, we can maximise the opportunity to bring forward much needed housing.
  • We are lucky to have such a wonderful design team who are happy to bring our development projects to life. Ben James the director of Ben James Architectural Design and Levente at Archend Visuals really are first class.
In short, we have built a team around us whom we trust and on whom we  can rely to offer their expertise when needed. Collaboration is key!
